RORDENS is a personal AI assistant. If something is not working, or you have a question about your account, write to us.
Contact
- E-mail: contact@rordens.ai. We reply within 5 business days, usually sooner.
- Please include the e-mail of your account and, if possible, a screenshot of the problem. Never send your password.
Your account and your data
- Delete your account yourself: open the app, tap Account and choose delete account. Your conversations and files are erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Access, correct or export your data, or ask questions about privacy: write to contact@rordens.ai (LGPD rights).
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen choose "Forgot password" and enter the 6-digit code we send to your e-mail.
Reporting an answer or a security problem
- If an answer from the assistant is harmful, wrong or inappropriate, tell us at contact@rordens.ai with the subject "Report". For security flaws see our security page.
