Terms of Sale

These terms apply to the paid plans of RORDENS For People. They complete the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Plans and price

Besides the free plan, there are four monthly levels (10, 25, 50 and 100). Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$) and already include taxes.
Each level includes a monthly usage allowance and the models described on the plans page. The number of conversations shown is an estimate.
We may change prices. A change never affects a period already paid, and subscribers are told by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to them.

Payment is by credit card on the page of Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details never pass through RORDENS.
The subscription renews every month on the same day, charging the price of your level, until you cancel.
A receipt is sent by e-mail on each charge.

You can cancel whenever you want, in your account (Plan and billing). Your level stays valid until the end of the period you already paid for; there is no new charge after that.
You can reactivate before the period ends.

You may withdraw within 7 days of the purchase and receive a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). To do so, write to the supplier's e-mail below, from the e-mail used in the purchase.
The refund is made through the same payment method, normally within the processor's usual time.

Moving up takes effect immediately, with a charge proportional to the days left in the period.
Moving down takes effect at the next renewal, with no charge or refund for the current period.

When the usage included in your level is reached, replies pause until the next renewal or until you move up a level. Your data is not deleted.

If a charge fails, you have 5 days to fix the payment. After that the account returns to the free plan, without deleting your data. If the payment is made later, the level is restored.

RORDENS is an artificial intelligence assistant. You are talking to an AI, not to a person.
Answers may contain mistakes or outdated information. Factual statements should not be taken as correct without checking, and important decisions (legal, financial, medical or other high-risk matters) require review by a qualified professional.
Access to your e-mail and calendar is read-only and only exists after you connect the account; you can disconnect at any time.

The service is for adults. By subscribing, you declare that you are 18 or older. If we identify that an account belongs to a person under 18, it is closed and its data is deleted.
You agree not to use RORDENS for anything prohibited by the acceptable use policy of our AI providers (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup) or for illegal activity. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.
The service is available only in the countries and regions where our AI providers allow its use.

Accounts that abuse the service (mass automated use, attempts to bypass limits, illegal content) may be suspended, as described in the Privacy Policy.
