How it works
- Step 01
Create an account
Sign up with your work e-mail and confirm it. You accept the Privacy Policy before anything is requested.
- Step 02
Approval
The data controller reviews each request and approves the license for your e-mail. No access is granted automatically.
- Step 03
Activation code
The code is delivered to you personally. It is valid for 72 hours and works once.
- Step 04
Installer
Download the installer from your account. It sets up the agent and the tools it needs, records your consent, and the agent checks the license every 15 minutes.

Identified data controller
A named data controller is accountable for RORDENS under Brazil's LGPD. Privacy requests go to voku@one.com.
Consent on record
Your acceptance is stored with the policy version, its sha256 hash, the date and time, and the IP address.
Protected token
The license token is readable only by SYSTEM, administrators, and the licensed user. It is removed when the license is suspended.
Fail-closed
If the agent cannot reach the license server for 72 hours, it stops answering until contact is restored.
Audit
Actions are logged locally with passwords and keys filtered out, then sent to the server. Conversation text is not logged.
Clear limits
It does not read .env files, .ssh folders, or password stores, and it cannot edit its own core rules.

No. The license includes access to the AI models behind RORDENS, delivered to your computer while the license is active. You do not need to sign up with an AI provider or pay for a separate plan.
Only the files and systems involved in the task you ask for, within the limits of your access level. It does not read .env files, .ssh folders, or password stores, and it asks for confirmation before destructive actions.
No. Each license is bound to one Windows computer and one user, registered at activation. To move to another machine, ask the controller to reissue the license.
The agent stops responding within minutes of its next check, and the license token is removed from the computer. Reactivation restores access without reinstalling.
Yes, in defined ways. Prompts and the files the agent reads for a task are processed by the AI model providers behind RORDENS, in the United States. Audit events and license signals go to the control server in São Paulo. The Privacy Policy lists each flow, its purpose, and its retention period.
Write to voku@one.com. Revoking your consent ends the license and the use of RORDENS on your computer, and you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
