What do Lite, Pro, Max and Ultra mean?: They are the assistant's model tiers. Lite is fast and light, Pro is the everyday choice, Max handles harder work and Ultra is the most capable. Higher levels unlock the larger tiers.
What does "monthly usage included" mean?: Each level includes an amount of use per month. The number of conversations is an estimate: long messages, attached files and tools use more. When you reach the limit, replies pause until the next renewal or until you move up a level.
Can I change level or cancel?: Yes, in your account. Moving up takes effect immediately with a charge proportional to the days left; moving down takes effect at the next renewal. Cancelling keeps your level until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a right of withdrawal?: Yes. You can withdraw within 7 days of the purchase with a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). See the Terms of Sale.
How do I pay?: By credit card, on the Stripe payment page. Your card details never pass through RORDENS. A receipt is sent by e-mail on each charge.
