Terms of Service
By installing or using RORDENS you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
- RORDENS is a personal AI assistant installed on your Windows computer under a license. It helps with e-mail, calendar, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and the work tasks your license covers.
- Each license is personal, issued to one person and one computer, and is approved by the license administrator before installation.
Your account and license
- Keep your activation code and account access to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your license.
- A license can be suspended or revoked if it is misused, if these terms are broken, or at the end of the agreement under which it was issued. When that happens, the assistant stops working on your computer.
Connected accounts
- You decide which e-mail and calendar accounts to connect, and you can disconnect them at any time in Account → Connected accounts.
- Actions that cannot be undone, such as sending an e-mail or an invitation, deleting, buying or booking, happen only after your explicit confirmation.
- How we handle data from connected accounts, including Google user data, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use RORDENS to break the law, to send spam, to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, or to try to bypass the license and its safeguards.
- AI can make mistakes. Review important results, such as figures, messages to clients and decisions, before relying on them.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your account before they take effect.
