RORDENS is an autonomous personal assistant: a ready-to-use AI agent that runs on your own computer, draws on several AI models, and works through the same files and tools you already use. You never write code or set up prompts. You describe what you need.
It reads your folders, drafts documents, builds spreadsheets and reports, summarizes e-mails and files, and answers questions about your own data. You ask; it does the work and shows what it did.
The installer sets up the agent, its skills, and a knowledge base trimmed to your role. There is nothing to configure and nothing to code. The agent knows your tools and nothing it does not need.
Access follows your license and your level. The core rules of the agent are set by your organization and cannot be edited by the person using it.

03 / Connected, when you ask
A personal assistant is only useful if it can reach your mail, your calendar, and the web. RORDENS connects to each of them on your request, through the provider's own API or an MCP connector, and only to the accounts you authorize.
Read, search, and summarize your inbox; draft the replies. Sending stays with you: it drafts, you send.
Find a free slot, create the event, prepare the invite, tell you what is next and what moved.
Research, price checks, bookings, forms. It opens the site, does the task, and reports back with the result.
Each connection is a skill you switch on. It authorizes one account through the provider's own login and can be removed at any time.
Routine work runs on a schedule you set: the morning e-mail summary, next week's agenda, the weekly report.
It does the task end to end and shows what it did. Anything you cannot take back, such as sending, paying, or booking, waits for your yes.

04 / How it works
Sign up with your work e-mail and confirm it. You accept the Privacy Policy before anything is requested.
The data controller reviews each request and approves the license for your e-mail. No access is granted automatically.
The code is delivered to you personally. It is valid for 72 hours and works once.
Download the installer from your account. It sets up the agent and the tools it needs, records your consent, and the agent checks the license every 15 minutes.
In the terminal
Once installed, every task is a short conversation. You ask in a sentence. RORDENS reads what it needs, does the work, and tells you where the result is.

06 / Security and data
A named data controller is accountable for RORDENS under Brazil's LGPD. Privacy requests go to contact@rordens.ai.
Your acceptance is stored with the policy version, its sha256 hash, the date and time, and the IP address.
The license token is readable only by SYSTEM, administrators, and the licensed user. It is removed when the license is suspended.
If the agent cannot reach the license server for 72 hours, it stops answering until contact is restored.
Actions are logged locally with passwords and keys filtered out, then sent to the server. Conversation text is not logged.

Yes, in defined ways. Prompts and the files the agent reads for a task are processed by the AI model providers behind RORDENS, in the United States. Audit events and license signals go to the control server in São Paulo. The Privacy Policy lists each flow, its purpose, and its retention period.
Write to contact@rordens.ai. Revoking your consent ends the license and the use of RORDENS on your computer, and you can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
